1. Snapchat is a Chat App 00:33
An Article written by theDailyBeast.com, wrote that Snapchat is much more of a chat app. Here are a few stats that lead them to this conclusion. Around 20% of Snapchat users consume content from publishers on Discover daily, Snapchatters are 64% more likely to send a Snap to a friend than post to Stories and only 11% of its users are actually using the Snap Maps feature. It seems like at the moment, Ads in the “Stories” section for marketers are still key until the new app redesign is rolled out, so until then, we learn more about the users behaviors when it happens.

2. Snapchat in China 01:25
Snapchat is looking extend there advertising offers to China. Snap Inc. is looking for an International Strategy Manager to implement their commercial strategy for the Chinese advertising market. This is a bold move from Snap Inc., knowing that the Snapchat App and other popular US apps are banned in China, as of this recording the Job Listing is still available on Snap Inc.’s website, so we will learn more and this develops.
